Dorothee previously worked at 12travel.com (myguideIreland.com) as German Market Manager and as a research associate for the German Federal Environmental Agency, where she was responsible for creating the legal framework around Germany's Eco label 'Blue Angel' during the re-launch of its website.

Dorothee has practiced law in Germany and has been awarded a Master of Laws at Canterbury University, Christchurch New Zealand. She also holds a Diploma in E-commerce with the Irish Law Society.
